Project
Kickoff
We dive into your questionnaire and photos, measure the space, and establish a budget. Then, we walk through your routines to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and how you want your space to feel and function. If your project is a fit, we send a tailored proposal and contract.

Design
Concept
Next, we establish your design direction. We take everything you shared and shape it into a cohesive vision for your space. Together, we'll review inspiration images and highlight specific ideas for layout, color palette, and textures. We’ll present design boards, preliminary floor plans, and elevations to evaluate flow and function, then refine details until we’re completely aligned and ready to move forward.

Development Presentation
We work together to refine all the details, selecting finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that feel just right for your space. We review detailed rendered drawings and plans, as well as finish and furniture selections, so that everything is ready to be carried out smoothly.
Once everything is approved, we handle sourcing, ordering, and tracking each item so you don’t have to worry about logistics. If the project involves renovation, we monitor and manage the construction progress and resolve deficiencies. Finally, we style the space, adding thoughtful finishing touches that make it feel complete and ready for you to live in and enjoy.
